Here are a Few eBay Flute-Buying Tips!

When purchasing a flute from ebay, it's crucial to know that
the seller has had a good selling reputation and isn't dishonest, etc.

You can check this by going through and looking at the feedback percentile
(which is found underneath the seller's eBay name).

Usually sellers with feedback scores of 98% and higher are going to be great to work with
and have not only honest representations of items but also good to excellent people skills.

If you have a question about an eBay item and the topic in question
is NOT mentioned in the auction nor evident via pictures,
I highly suggest that you contact the seller as not everyone knows what exactly they have for sale and,
even though you may think it's pointless to ask,
at least you'll have a better understanding of what they're selling.

Most of the eBay experiences I've had have been pleasant although,
here and there, there ARE times that you purchase something that has been
significantly not as described which is why I tend to write up as
descriptive auctions as possible and provide too many pictures
to give a good idea as to what's being sold/purchased.

Ok communication skills, somewhat misleading listings regarding instrument specifications and manufacturing materials used.
Poor "professional" repad jobs as evident via pictures and inconsistent pad protrusions (and lack of footjoint regulation).

customfluting / raisingsheep -
Ok customer service but prices seem a bit steep and links to images aren't
always direct links which makes it hard to find what you're looking for.
